LOL - that was actually the image on the home page of reddit.com - a pretty popular site among geeks for "internet memes"
It was listed as "I wonder what's going on outside right now" :)
As to the language of the see more link, it's Russian. If you were hip you wouldn't have to wonder because you already use Google Chrome with the auto-translator!
